A Colour Consultant will assist you with achieving your vision for your new home, guiding you through all aspects of your interior and exterior so you can be sure your brand new home is uniquely yours.
The steps to making it feel like yours:
After you’ve chosen your Bricks, you’ll need to attend 3 full days of selection appointments [yep that means 9am – 5 pm] at your closest Lifestyle Studio to choose everything; all your inclusions and any upgrades, from your roof to everything that lives underneath it. It’s a lot we know, but your Style Consultant will be there for you every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns you have.

Yes, you do not need an appointment to browse the Lifestyle Studio. We are open Monday through to Saturday. We recommend joining our Saturday inclusions tours at our Norwest Lifestyle Studio located at 21 Solent Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153.
Your appointments will take three (3) full days.
Take an inclusions tour. Get ready to be inspired and informed as one of our Style Consultants takes you on a guided tour of our selections showroom. It’s a great way to familiarise yourself with our products, processes, and prices ahead of your appointments.
Use our Facade Styler. This easy-to-use tool helps you customise the exterior of your home. You can completely change the look of your facade with just one click. This is your opportunity to explore the difference between all your design choices and watch your very own colour palette and design come to life.
Visit “My Selections” to personalise your home. My Selections is an new online tool where you can personalise your home to your own style, and prepare to make all the selections for the colours, finishes, fittings and materials for your new home. You can also explore upgrade items including fittings and furnishings such as tapware, bathroom accessories and kitchen appliances – all with indicative pricing. Yes, we have plenty of parking spots directly outside our building allocated to our customers. Our customer parking is accessible directly off 21 Solent Circuit.
Unfortunately, there are no child minding services or play areas to accomodate children. It is recommended that other arrangements are made on the day, so you are able to give your full attention to your appointment.
Yes, we have guest wi-fi service for our customers to freely use.
If you choose to upgrade any of the areas of your home, you will receive the pricing of the upgrade from your Lifestyle Studio Consultant on the day of your appointment. Some of our Style Partner quotes may take a little longer, subject to your selection, in which you will receive the quote within 5 business days.
It is important to have your selections signed and approved on the day, to avoid delays with lodgements and loan approvals However we appreciate that there are some big decisions to be made and there may be a time where you need to revise your quotes. However, our Lifestyle Studio selection process allows for two rounds of amendments before committing to your selections and signing the documentation.
The reason we allow for only two rounds is to ensure, we can together, continue progressing with minimal delays to your home build journey. If by chance, you have a third change of heart, unfortunately this means that your selections will be further delayed processing all the necessary documentation, as well as delays to provide your final Contract price to your lending authority. Most importantly, a third selection change will incur and administration fee of $1000. The administration fee is due to the extra administration resourcing to reallocate your selections within the operating processes.
Our Lifestyle Studio appointments consists of three full days.
DAY 1: Exterior selections, interior selections, and Kitchens &Cabinetry
DAY 2: Stairs (if applicable), window furnishings, air conditioning, carpet and timber flooring and wardrobes
DAY 3: Electrical, smart home and tiling with THYNK.
You will receive quotes from your Lifestyle Studio Consultant and Style Partners during your appointment, however, some quotes may take 5 business days. You have 10 business days after your Day 3 appointment to finalise and sign off all your quotes.
Once your final selections have been signed off, any changes will incur an administration fee.
Yes, Of all the selections you need to make, bricks need to come first with an off-site visit to one of these showrooms, Austral Bricks - 738 - 780 Wallgrove Rd, Horsley Park or PGH Bricks - 75 Townson Road Schofields.
It is crucial that you visit our brick suppliers prior to your Lifestyle Studio appointments unless you have a fully rendered or cladded home. You will need to make a visit to one or preferably both brickyards to view the range of bricks that Clarendon have approved (insert links to the Clarendon brick brochures for both brick companies) to make your selection. As bricks are a natural material and having variations and slight imperfections, you need to view the bricks on large format o get a good picture of how it will look on your home. Unfortunately, we do not have full walls of bricks in our Lifestyle Studio to view them in their best form which is why you need to visit the brickyards.
Both brick companies offer complimentary 1-hour external colour consultations where their highly skilled and professional colour consultants can help you select your brick along with helping you put together all other external colours to compliment your chosen brick including and not limited to roof, gutter, fascia, window, and paint colours. This service is complimentary and can be done on the weekend.
We are open on Saturdays for browsing and inclusion tours, no bookings required, just pop in anytime from 10am - 2pm but unfortunately we are unable to facilitate appointments on the weekends.
We are open Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm and on Saturday from 10am to 2pm. No appointments needed to pop in and browse our studio however you will need to book in for your full Lifestyle Studio appointment.
Yes, please call our Lifestyle Studio 8851 9111 for information regarding colours, schemes and specifications of any of our display homes.
We highly recommend you attend an inclusion tour, held every Saturdays except Public Holidays. You do not require a booking to attend the tour.
Luxe tours are on at 10am, 11am and 12pm and Aspire tours are on at 1pm.
The timeframe for your applications to be lodged depends on several reports and documents. We generally require your external colour selections to be signed off to lodge Developer and Council applications, as these selections form part of their assessment. Once your external quote is signed, we will arrange for the drawings to be updated to reflect any changes in preparation for lodgement. Your Customer Service Consultant will keep you up to date on the timeframes depending on the other reports being worked on at the time you are working through colours.
Once you have finalised all your selections and quotes, your customer service consultant will prepare a Post Contract Variation to incorporate your upgrades and adjust the Provisional Allowances to a fixed cost where possible. At this time, your Customer Service Consultant will keep you up to date on the process of your applications.
Once your quotes have been signed off, we prefer to avoid making changes for less risk of errors and additional paperwork. Administration fees apply if changes are agreed to after signing off.
We will work on the documentation required to lodge your applications once your Contract is signed. Depending on the timeframe for your Lifestyle appointment to be booked, we aim to work on the necessary reports while you work on your colour selections to ensure lodgement of any required applications can take place as soon as possible. Your Customer Service Consultant will keep you up to date on the progress of this. Once the application is lodged, assessment timeframes can vary. Your Customer Service Consultant will aim to get fortnightly updates on the process of the application and keep you in the loop with any information they receive.
