Each manufacturer provides standard brick ranges for Clarendon, with additional options available for upgrades. Once you’ve arrived, a brick colour consultant will take you through a viewing of the bricks on a large scale to get an idea of how they’ll look as the exterior of your home.

The consultants have an in-depth understanding of the types of bricks to suit the home you’re building, with samples available. You must select your brick before your appointment in the Lifestyle Studio. As part of designing the exterior of your home, choose from a selection of standard inclusions or upgradable brick features:

    •    Brick colour

    •    Brick style

    •    Feature brick (if applicable) 

    •    Brick mortar colour (decided at Clarendon)

    •    Brick mortar style either raked joint or round ironed joint (decided at Clarendon)

Finally, you will receive indicative pricing at the brick consultation before meeting in the Lifestyle Studio, where you can confirm your design choices and receive the final brick cost from your Clarendon Colour Consultant.

Elite Home Improvements has partnered with Clarendon Homes for seven years and is an industry leader in supplying and fitting curtains, blinds, shears and outdoor solutions to finish your new home. Arrange a customised window finishings consultation to view our wide range of blinds.

Zurcorp has partnered with Clarendon Homes for 30 years, helping us create wardrobe spaces that are uniquely suited to every new homeowner. Meet with one of our wardrobe designers to view available wardrobe options and upgrades.

Using a 3D visualiser of their plans and display wardrobes in the Studio, your consultant helps choose bedroom wardrobes and walk in robes for your new home. As part of designing your wardrobe, decide on whether to select from our standard inclusions or upgrade your wardrobe features:

Partnered with Clarendon Homes for 25 years, General Stairs helps us manufacture and install a wide range of staircases that feel unique to you and your family. As part of designing your staircase, decide on whether to select from our standard inclusions or upgrade your staircase features:

To select your tiles, you’ll need to meet with a consultant at the THYNK Studio, now located withing our Lifestyle Studio at Norwest.

Clarendon Homes design partner for 25 years.

Explore our tiling range at the THYNK Studio, which has a large wall display to view tile samples. Work with your consultant from a design bench and create flat lay designs to visualise your tiling options. Choose from a selection of standard inclusions or upgradable features for the tiling in your home:
