If you’ve built with us before, or are currently in the process of building, and want to refer a friend or family member, you’ll receive a $500 Gift Card from us. Plus your friend will also receive a $500 discount on their new home. Effective from 1st July 2023

1. Find some friends or relatives who are thinking about building and introduce them to Clarendon Homes. You can do this by referring them to your own Sales Consultant or sending them to one of our display centres across Sydney and NSW.
2. Make sure your friend’s aren’t already talking to a consultant at Clarendon Homes about building their home.
3. Enter your friend's details in the form on this page including their Clarendon job number following their sales appointment. (Please note lead numbers are not acceptable)
4. We'll do the rest! You will receive your reward when the slab goes down. Easy!

Available from 1st July 2023. To be eligible to receive the Referral Bonus, the referrer must refer a person who enters into a contract with Clarendon Homes. The referee must be introduced by the referrer, and must not have already engaged with a Clarendon Homes’ consultant or previously built with Clarendon Home. The referral promotion will end at the discretion of Clarendon Homes.
