The Bowral 44 home showcased at our Lochinvar Display Centre in the picturesque Hunter Region achieved a clean sweep at this year’s HIA-CSR Hunter Housing Awards – winning both the prestigious 2023 Hunter Display Home and Display Home of the Year ($750k+).
The judges praised the modern, farmhouse-style home for its quality finishes and thoughtful touches. Behind the Hamptons exterior, with its wide front porch and dormer windows, the Bowral 44 has all the hallmarks of a modern acreage home with an expanded parent wing, multi-purpose loft, mud room and expansive rear alfresco. The innovative design offers the right balance of expansive living and cosiness, making the acreage style property a true masterpiece in serene Australian country living.
Following the Bowral 44’s success in this year’s HIA awards, it is now a finalist for the 2024 HIA Australian Display Home. Watch this space!
The Boston 36 display home, located in South Nowra, has won the Display Home of the Year ($750k+) - a category that celebrates quality of workmanship, design effectiveness, sustainability, and innovation.
The Boston 36 is testament to Clarendon’s unwavering commitment to creating homes that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, satisfying the diverse needs and aspirations of today’s homeowners. Designed for modern family living, the property features a spectacular double-storey 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom design. Judges complimented its V jointed wainscotting and opulent coffered ceilings, calling it an extremely well-presented display home.
The perfect family home for entertaining, the Boston 36 boasts three living spaces, including a home theatre and spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area connecting to a grand alfresco space with a firepit and outdoor kitchen.
The Bowral 52 home, located in Braemar, was named as a finalist in the Display Home of the Year ($1m+) category. Its luxurious features and meticulous attention to detail earned well-deserved praise from the judges. This spacious four-bedroom home offers luxurious country living with its expansive living and entertaining spaces, including a children’s activity room, home theatre, sitting room/den, and a loft that doubles as a multi-purpose area.
At Clarendon Homes, we are dedicated to the love of coming home. Since 1978, we have been perfecting the quality and extensive range of our homes, which is reflected in every home we design and build today.
