A stylish new display home tailor-made for modern living will be unveiled by Clarendon Homes at the award-winning Australian builder’s much-anticipated Open Home Day in Sydney this month.
The grand opening of the Brooklyn 32 – a spacious, light-filled oasis cleverly designed for today’s standard block widths – will take place during the festivities on April 29 at Parklea Super Centre in Sydney’s north-west. Clarendon Homes’ largest display of homes in one location, Parklea showcases a range of innovative designs including the Boston 36, a popular choice for growing families.
“We’re excited to welcome visitors to our Open Home Day and the grand opening of the Brooklyn 32,” said Paul Croudace, Clarendon Homes Sales Manager. “For people thinking of building the home of their dreams, or customers who have started the process and are looking for inspiration, the homes at Parklea show what a Clarendon Home can really look like, for a range of family lifestyles and budgets.”
Paul Croudace said sales consultants will be on-site during the day to give advice on home designs, interiors, house and land packages, finance and more. And with free activities including an animal farm and kids’ games, plus live music, a sausage sizzle, barista coffee and gelato, there will be something at the Open Home Day for all the family.
The display homes at Parklea range from the impressive Sheridan 39 MKII – the ultimate family oasis with up to six bedrooms and five living zones – to the queen of granny flats, the Parklea 60. The Boston 36, newly refurbished at Parklea, ticks all boxes for growing or multi-generational families, with four bedrooms, a study/guest room and a range of entertainment zones.
The four-bedroom Brooklyn 32 is the sophisticated new kid on the block, featuring an elegant, modernist exterior and a clever floorplan ideal for families or couples wanting to create something truly special on a site as narrow as 10m wide. As with all homes in Clarendon’s Sapphire range, the Brooklyn 32 features a versatile floorplan and upgrade options. The display home’s on-trend fixtures and finishes, in a neutral palette inspired by industrial design, are drawn from an expansive catalogue of options available to customers in Clarendon’s Lifestyle Studio.
The seven display homes at Parklea represent just some of the inspiring designs offered by the Australian owned and operated family business, with more than 70 unique home designs available for single-storey home designs, double-storey and acreage home designs.
“Clarendon has been making Australians’ dreams come true for 45 years,” said Paul Croudace “And with 12 more display homes to be opened in NSW in the next 12 months, we’re looking forward to introducing a whole new generation of families to their forever home.”
