A Lifestyle Studio design professional will assist you with achieving your vision for your new home, guiding you through all aspects of your interior and exterior so you can be sure your brand new home is uniquely yours.
In the Lifestyle studio, you’ll be able to choose everything that makes your home, yours! From floor coverings, kitchen appliances and paint colour choices all the way to your cabinetry colours, light switches and tapware, you’ll be able to view and feel our large range of high-quality products on offer.
In addition to your Lifestyle Studio colour consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to attend dedicated appointments with Clarendon’s certified partners to receive specialised guidance on other important areas of your new home, all at one convenient location.

It’s also vital to visit the PGH Brick Display Centre before your Colour selection appointment to pick your brick colour. We also suggest visiting our display homes to discover the world of inspiration that our professional interior designers have created. Where can we find the Lifestyle Studio?
The Lifestyle Studio is located in the Clarendon Homes building on Level 2, 3914 Pacific Highway, Loganholme, QLD 4129.
Can we visit the Lifestyle Studio without an appointment?
No, viewing the Lifestyle Studio is by appointment only, and pre-appointment tours are currently unavailable.
How do we make our Lifestyle Studio appointment?
After your plans are submitted to our certifiers for building approval, your customer service consultant will be in touch to book in a time that best suits you for your Colour Selections appointment.
How long will our appointment go for?
Generally, your appointment will take about 5 hours to complete your selections, with additional time allowed for your lunch break and to document your selections. However, we kindly request that you please make yourself available up until 5pm in order for our team to process and finalise all of your documentation.
Can we do our appointment over Zoom?
Yes, if you are unable to attend your appointment in person, please let your Colour Consultant know and they will organise a Zoom call at a time that suits you best.
Will someone be assigned to help me?
Yes, you will have a dedicated professional Lifestyle Studio Consultant on hand to help you with colour combinations, innovative ideas and modern solutions that will help you bring your dream home to life!

We love the colour scheme and inclusions in one of your display homes. Can we use the same in our build?
Definitely! Feel free to ask the sales consultant at the display for specific colours, or alternatively, take pictures and note what display and home design you like so that you can let your Colour Consultant know, and they can provide pricing for the options on display.
Should I bring my own food and drinks?
At your Lifestyle Studio appointment, you’ll be treated with a delicious lunch, bottles of water, coffee, tea and biscuits.
Is there free onsite customer parking?
Yes, there is plenty of free, onsite customer parking.
Is there free wi-fi available for us to use?
Yes, we do have free wi-fi available for you to use. Feel free to ask your Lifestyle Studio Consultant for the password upon your arrival.
Should I bring the kids?
While we do have a self-contained children’s room, it is recommended that other arrangements are made on the day so you are able to give your Colour Consultant your full attention.
Will I receive pricing for my upgrades on the day of my appointment?
On the day of your appointment, you will be able to receive some pricing for various upgrades, however some will need to be sent off for review, in which you will receive prices for within 3-5 business days.
Can we make changes to our selections after our appointment?
While we highly recommend confirming your selections on the day of your appointment, you are welcome to ask your Colour Consultant to make changes to your selections up to 5 business days after your appointment.
