Clarendon Residential Group consolidates position in top 20 largest builders in Australia

The Clarendon Residential Group is proud to announce that we have been consolidated as the 14th largest detached home builder in Australia (and 17th largest home builder overall) according to the latest HIA-Colorbond Steel 2020/21 release of the ‘The Housing 100’ report.  

This report rates Australia’s top 100 home builders by the number of homes they start each year, so we would like to congratulate all of our valued employees, subcontractors, tradespeople and suppliers on an amazing result for 2020-21. But most of all, thank you to each and every one of our customers for choosing to build with us in the last year - we sincerely hope your building experience was as rewarding for you as it was a privilege for us to build your new home for you.  

The last 12 months have been a whirl-wind of a year for builders within the construction industry. From suffering the crippling effects of Covid-19, to experiencing an industry-wide revival through the Federal Government’s Home Builder Grant, the HIA have reported that the number of housing starts recorded by the top 100 builders in 2020/21 is the highest in the 28 years the report has been published, and is nearly 20 per cent higher than the previous record set in 2016/17.
